In the final days of the One Year War, Zeon developed the MS-18E Kampfer, a high-speed mobile suit built for hit-and-run tactics. Though highly effective, it failed to defeat the heavily armored Gundam Alex. Recognizing its potential, Zeon refined the design into a test platform for advanced Psychomu-controlled weapons.
The new MS-18X Kampfer Blitz featured six large bits, 20 mini funnels, dual mega particle guns, and improved Psychomu composite armor while maintaining its agility with dual power plants.
