Series: After War Gundam X
One of the most anticipated releases this month is the HG 1/144 Gundam Ashtaron, bringing another classic mobile suit from After War Gundam X into the modern High Grade lineup.
Piloted by Olba Frost, Gundam Ashtaron is known for its distinctive appearance and massive Atomic Scissors mounted on its back. The updated HG version recreates its recognizable design with modern articulation and transformation features.
One of its highlights is the Atomic Scissors, which can open, fold, and move without requiring part replacement. The kit also supports its Mobile Armor form using interchangeable parts.
The beam spear can also be assembled into a crossbow-style weapon, giving builders more display options.
Premium Bandai Gunpla Releases – November 2026
Alongside the regular retail release, Premium Bandai brings three exclusive Gunpla kits this month. These releases feature unique mobile suit variants and special finishes that will be interesting additions to any Gundam collection.
HG 1/144 Gustav Karl Type-00 (Commander Type)
Release Date: November 2026
Grade: High Grade (HG)
Scale: 1/144
Series: Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway
The HG 1/144 Gustav Karl Type-00 (Commander Type) joins the HG lineup with a distinctive blue color scheme and commander-specific details.
Based on Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe, this version features a newly designed head with asymmetrical blade antennas, making it visually different from the standard Gustav Karl Type-00.
The kit also includes a newly molded long-barreled beam rifle, alongside another beam rifle with a different design. Its flexible shield support provides additional movement, allowing builders to create more dynamic defensive poses.
For collectors who enjoy the bulky mobile suits from the Universal Century timeline, this Premium Bandai release is a nice addition to the Hathaway Gunpla lineup.
HG 1/144 Hydra Gundam
Release Date: November 2026
Grade: High Grade (HG)
Scale: 1/144
Series: Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit
Another exciting Premium Bandai release comes from Mobile Suit Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit.
The HG 1/144 Hydra Gundam receives a redesigned appearance by mechanical designer Junichi Akutsu and is recreated using the latest HG technology.
One of the biggest highlights is its transformation gimmick, allowing the mobile suit to switch into its High Mobility Mobile Armor form.
The kit also features articulated back-mounted arms and connected leg mechanisms that help create dynamic poses. Its updated design makes it an interesting release for collectors of the Gundam Wing universe, especially those who enjoy unique mobile suit designs.
With its transformation gimmick and distinctive silhouette, Hydra Gundam offers more than just another standard HG build.
MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW (Structural Coating Black)
Release Date: November 2026
Grade: MGSD (Master Grade SD)
Scale: SD
Series: Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz
One of the most eye-catching releases in November is the MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW (Structural Coating Black).
Celebrating the 30th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, this special edition gives the popular MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW a completely different appearance with a black and gray color scheme.
Its biggest attraction is the structural coating applied to the internal parts. The coated components create an eye-catching iridescent effect that can be seen through the gaps in the armor, giving the kit a unique appearance.
Based on the original MGSD engineering, this version retains the impressive articulation and detailed construction of the line.
The five-layered wings are another major highlight. They feature multiple articulation points and reveal the special coating and reflective clear parts when fully deployed.
The kit also includes the transformation gimmick to recreate its Neo Bird Mode using interchangeable parts.
For collectors who enjoy special finishes and premium-looking Gunpla, this MGSD release is definitely worth checking out.
